摘  要:目的考察人参总皂苷、附子总生物碱配伍后的强心作用。方法采用离体蛙心测定人参总皂苷、附子总生物碱配伍后振幅增长情况;采用戊巴比妥致大鼠急性心力衰竭模型,观察十二指肠给药后药物对大鼠血流动力学的影响。结果离体蛙心给药后振幅增值有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中人参和附子总提取物配伍后的振幅增值明显(P<0.05);给药后各组大鼠血流动力学指标左室内压(LVSP)、左室最大上升速率(+dp/dt max)、左室最大下降速率(-dp/dt mix)均有改善,其中人参和附子配伍总提取物后较模型组有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论人参总皂苷、附子总生物碱配伍可增强离体蛙心收缩振幅和改善急性心衰大鼠血流动力学,二药配伍具有强心作用。Objective Investigation of the cardiac effect of total saponins of ginseng and totalalkaloids of aconite after com- patibility. Methods Using the vitro frog heart in determination situation of total saponin of ginseng and totalalkaloids of a- conite compatibility amplitude growth; using pentobarbital induced model of acute heart failure rats, observation of duodenum to the effects of drugs on hemodynamics of rats after medicine. Results Vitro frog heart after administration of amplitude value have significant difference( P 〈 0.05), the amplitude of the total extract of ginseng and totalalkaloids of aconite signif- icantly after compatibility of value added( P 〈 0.05) ; Rat blood dynamic indexes of left ventricular pressure of pentobarbital after medeling(LVSP), left ventricular maximal rate of rise( + dp/dtmax), left ventricular maximum descending rate( -dp/ dtmix), to improve significantly in all groups after the treatment( P 〈 0.01 ), compared with model group, there were signifi- cant differences among the compatibility of ginseng and aconite root total extract ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Compatibility of total ginsenoside and aconite alkaloid strengthens the vitro frog heart contraction amplitude and improve the hemodynamics of rats with acute heart failure, the pair of drug has cardiotonic function.
