摘　　要：刘敬霞教授认为,慢性萎缩性胃炎以脾胃虚弱、气阴两虚为病之本,气滞血瘀为病之标,证属本虚标实。临证强调在辨证论治为主的基础上要注重辨病与辨证相结合,并倡导中西医结合,参考胃镜与病理检查结果,合理遣方用药。治疗以补中益气汤为基础方辨证加减,标本兼治。Professor LIU Jingxia thinks that it is a vacuity, including weakness of spleen and stomach, deficiency of qi and yin, qi stagnation and blood stasis. On the basis of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, Professor LIU pays attention to combining disease with syndrome differentiation, advocating combination of Chinese and Western medicine, and Referring results of gastroscope and pathological examination. Using drugs reasonably, adding and subtracting of Buzhong Yiqi Decoc- tion and obtains good treatment effect in the clinic.
