晚期大肠癌治疗过程中相关性便秘的中医药治疗

摘　　要：目前大肠癌的治疗仍以手术为主,辅以放化疗、靶向治疗、中医药治疗等综合疗法。在晚期大肠癌的治疗中主要是全身化疗及改善生活质量。在化疗药物、化疗引起的相关性呕吐中所使用的止吐药物及缓解患者疼痛药物的使用中,所引起的不良反应:便秘,已经成为临床治疗中不可忽略的问题。在使用调节肠道功能西医西药治疗疗效相对局限的情形下,中医中药的治疗已经开始逐渐融合入肿瘤病人化疗治疗的过程中。中医的辨证分型论治,依据临床具体情况,结合患者个体差异,准确施治,同时配合针灸的穴位针刺等均效果显著。Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumor, the treatment is still in operation is given priority to, sup- plemented by radiotherapy and chemotgerapy, targeted cornperhensive therapy in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.. In the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer is mainly systemic chemotherapy and improve the quality of life. The use of antiemetic drugs used in chemotherapy, correlation and vomiting induced by chemotherapy drugs in patients and relieve pain, constipation caused by poor response, has become a problem cannot be ignored in clinical treatment. In the use of regu- lating intestinal function of Western medicine treatment effect is relatively limited circumstances, the process of Chinese medicine treatment has been gradually integrated into the treatment of tttmor patients in chemotherapy. TCM syndrome differ- entiation, according to clinical situations, combined with the individual difference of patients, accurate treatment. In the ex- perimental study and clinical practice continuously has been widely recognized. At the same time combined with acupoint Acupuncture Acupuncture, the effect is very significant. In this paper, by focusing on the case of constipation patients appear in the process of cancer chemotherapy, curative effect of the treatment of chemotherapy related constipation of TCM overview can＇t be doubted.
