中医治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫

摘　　要：中医认为,糖尿病胃轻瘫的基本病机是脾虚,脾胃虚弱导致运化无力,升降功能失常则痰饮滞留体内,出现痰瘀气滞之证。常分为脾胃气虚型、胃阴亏虚型、肝气犯胃型及痰湿中阻型等,治以补益脾胃、疏肝理气、祛湿化痰等法。临证采用辨证论治、专方、验方、针药结合、中西医结合等法治疗,能有效改善胃动力,调整胃收缩舒张功能。Traditional Chinese medicine thinks, the basic pathogenesis of diabetic gastroparesis is weakness of the spleen and stomach deficiency, resulting in inability to transport, lifting function disorder, phlegm retention, qi stagnation and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome occurred. They are often divided into spleen qi deficiency, stomach yin deficiency, liver Qi attack- ing resistance of gastric type and phlegm dampness type, treated by tonifying spleen, soothing theliver and regulating qi, elim- inating dampness and phlegm method. Clinical use of syndrome differentiation, special prescription, prescription, acupuncture combined with medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, treatment, effectively improve the gastric motility, gastric systolic and diastolic function adjustment.
