摘　　要：普外科作为三级学科,约90%的入院患者都需进行手术治疗,在保证手术质量的前提下,做好患者围手术期的临床护理工作是手术成功不可或缺的因素,也是整个临床康复疗效评估的指标之一。循证护理可根据术中不同麻醉方式和不同术式对围手术期进行不同方式的护理,能明显提高临床疗效。As the third disciplines, department of general surgery 90 % of the admitted patients need operation, and under the premise of ensuring the operation quality, a good nursing work during peri-operation is not only the indispensable factor for the success of the operation, but also one of the indexes of evaluating the clinical curative effects. Evidence-based nursing according to different anesthesia during the operation mode and different operative methods, different ways of perioperative nursing can obviously improve the clinical curative effect.
