摘  要:目的为了对颈椎定位旋转扳法的操作特征进行初步的量化、客观化研究,本试验对各力学参数进行数字化描述。方法邀请一位具有20年以上临床经验的推拿医师对25名年龄在18~36岁的男性健康志愿者进行第2颈椎定位旋转扳法操作。应用三维测力台采集手法操作过程中施术者足底的动力学参数,应用红外光点高速运动捕捉测试系统采集手法操作过程中施术者及受试者的运动学参数。结果第2颈椎定位旋转扳法操作过程中操作者发力值均值约59.77 N;受试者的扳动相中前屈角度均值约3.73°,侧屈角度均值约0.50°,旋转角度均值约10.20°,瞬间扳动时间约0.101 6 s。结论颈椎定位旋转扳法是一个综合前屈、侧屈和旋转的过程,本试验以数据化的形式充分体现了有控制的、稍增大幅度的、瞬间的旋转扳动过程。Objective In order to conduct a preliminary research to quantify and objectify the characteristics of cervical po- sitioning rotating manipulation, This experiment digital description of mechanical parameters. Methods Invite a has more than 20 years of clinical experience of chiropractors to 25 men aged between 18 to 36 healthy volunteers for 2 cervical rota- tion pull localization operation. Application of three dimensional measuring force platform acquisition technique the performer foot kinetic parameters in the process of operation. High-speed application infrared light spot motion capture system to collect the performer and the subjects in the process of manipulation kinematics parameters. Results The average plantar force is 59.77 N. The subjects: the average of pull phase forward bend angle is 3.73°, the average lateral flexion angle is 0.50°, and the average rotation angle is 10.20°, instantly pull time about 0. 1016 seconds. Conclusion Cervical rotation is a compre- hensive proneness of lateral flexion and rotation process, fully embodies the controls, slightly increasing the amplitude and in- during the cervical rotation.
