新型护理敷料在压疮感染性伤口中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新型护理敷料在Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮感染性伤口中的治疗效果,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法将80例患者104处压疮感染伤口随机分为试验组40例(54处压疮)和对照组40例(50处压疮),试验组应用新型护理敷料处理感染伤口,对照组采用传统的换药方法;2组均给予避免局部组织继续受压、定时按摩皮肤、保持皮肤清洁干燥、压疮知识宣教等常规护理干预,比较2组的疗效。结果 2组治疗20 d后,试验组创面愈合30处、好转21处,总有效率94.4%;对照组愈合14处、好转21处,总有效率70.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型护理敷料能控制Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮感染性伤口进行性加重,促进伤口愈合,疗效优于传统敷料。Objective To explore the effect of the new nursing dressings in infected Ⅱ,Ⅲ stage pressure ulcers so as to provide guidance for clinical application. Methods A total of 80 patients （104 sites） pressure ulcers which were diagnosed as wounds infections were randomly assigned into two groups： the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group, 40 patients with 54 sites was treated with the new nursing dressings , while the control group, 40 patients with 50 sites received a treatment with traditional care. Meanwhile routine nursing intervention of off loading, skin care and pressure sores knowledge education were given. Compare the curative effect of two groups. Results Mter20 days, There were 30 wounds healed, 21 sites effective and the total effective rate was 94.4 % in the experimental group. There were 14 wounds healed, 21 sites effective and the total effective rate was 70.0 % in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statisti- cally significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The new nursing dressings is superior to the traditional dressings in the control of the infected Ⅱ,Ⅲstage pressure ulcers.
