摘 要:在心血管药品研发与机制研究中,离体心肌细胞培养技术被广泛应用。临床心血管疾病的病理变化十分复杂。目前,根据临床病症的特点,离体心肌细胞损伤模型主要分为6种,分别是缺氧复氧损伤模型、H2O2自由基损伤模型、阿霉素药源性损伤模型、乌头碱致心律失常损伤模型、AngⅡ致心肌肥大损伤模型、异丙肾上腺素致心肌肥大损伤模型。6种模型均不完美,有各自的优缺点,以及最为相似的临床证型,因此根据研究内容选择适合的离体心肌细胞损伤模型显得尤为重要。In the cardiovascular drug development and mechanism study, myocardial cell culture technology has been widely. Clinical pathological changes of cardiovascular disease are very complex. Currently, according to the characteristics of clinical illness, myocardial cell damage model is divided into six kinds, namely hypoxia reoxygenation, H2O2 radical damage model, doxorubicin drug-induced injury model, arrhythmogenic model by Aconitine, Ang Ⅱ injury model and Isoproterenol-induced cardiac hypertrophy injury model. The 6 kinds of models have advantages and disadvantages, and most similar clinical disease type. So choose a suitable in vitro model of myocardial cell injury is particularly important according to research.
