摘  要:本文采用微波法提取金莲花中黄酮,用大孔树脂对浸提液进行了提纯研究。微波法以微波时间、微波功率、固液比为三因素,设计正交试验,确定了最佳提取条件为:微波时间8min,微波功率200W,固液比1:20。提纯过程中用AB-8大孔树脂进行提纯,洗脱以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、温度为三因素设计正交试验,确定了最佳提纯条件为:乙醇浓度75%,乙醇用量10倍,温度35℃。洗脱率可达91.6%,总黄酮纯度为51.2%。The microwave method for the extraction flavone from trollius, purification the extracting liquid by macro-reticular resin was studied in this paper. The wavelet time, wavelet power, solid-liquid tatio were regarded as three factors, by orthogonal experiment,the optimum extracting condition of lfavonoid from trollius was showed as follows:wavelet time was 8 minutes, wavelet power was 200W, solid –liquid ratio was 1:20.The AB-8 macro-reticular resin was used in purification process. The alcoholcon centration, quantity, temperature were regarded as three factors, by orthogonal experiment, the furthest purification condition was drawn as follows: alcoholcon centration was 75%, the ratio was 1:10, temperature was 35℃,thepurityoflfavonescanreachto51.2%.
