恩替卡韦联合益气解毒通络方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察恩替卡韦联合益气解毒通络方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年5月来我院就诊的乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者56例,分为观察组和对照组,每组28例,两组均给予恩替卡韦抗病毒治疗,观察组在此基础上给予中药汤剂益气解毒通络方治疗,3个月为1个疗程,两组均治疗2个疗程后,比较患者肝纤维化指标、乙肝病毒标志物情况以及肝功能指标。结果:两组患者治疗后肝纤维化各项指标均较治疗前有所改善,治疗后观察组患者治疗后优于对照组;观察组患者HBs Ag、HBe Ag、HBV-DNA等乙肝病毒标记物的转阴率高于对照组,观察组患者肝功能指标改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦联合益气解毒通络方能够改善患者肝纤维化、肝功能指标,有效地延缓慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化代偿期患者的病程进展,值得推广应用。Objective： To observe the entecavir combined Yiqi Jiedu tldm party clinical curative effect for the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis compensatory period. Selection methods： Between January 2013 and May 2014 in our hospital of 56 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis compensatory phase, divided into the observed group and control group, 28 cases in each group, both groups were given entecavir antiviral treatment, the observed group based on the given Chinese medicine medicinal broth Yiqi Jiedu tldm party, three months for a period of treatment, both groups after treatment for 2 patients of liver fibrosis indexes and HBV markers and liver function index. Results： Two groups of patients after treatment of liver fibrosis indicators was improved, the observed group of patients after treatment is better than the control group after treatment; Observation group of patients with HBsAg, HBeAg, HBV - DNA markers of hepatitis B virus turns shade rate is higher than the control group and observed group of patients with liver function index to improve the situation is better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Entecavir combined Yiqi Jiedu tldm can improve the patients of liver fibrosis, liver function index, effective delay chronic hepatitis B patients with viral hepatitis cirrhosis compensatory period of progression, is worthy of popularization and application.
