热敏灸配合推拿手法治疗髌骨软化症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸配合推拿手法治疗髌骨软化症的疗效。方法:将80例髌骨软化症患者随机分为两组,观察组(40例)采用热敏灸配合推拿手法治疗,对照组(40例)口服塞来昔布200mg,2次/d,均2周为1个疗程,且都治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率为97.5%,与对照组的75%比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用热敏灸配合推拿手法治疗髌骨软化症有良好的效果。Objective： To study the efficacy of moxa stick moxibustion plus Massotherapy on chondromalacia patellae（CP）. Methods： Sixty patients with patellar malacia were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （40 cases） was given moxa stick rnoxibustion combined with massotherapy, while the control group was given celecoxib capsules, are 2 weeks 1 treatment, and were all treatment 2 treatment. Results： The effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 67.9% in the control group.There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The moxa stick moxibustion plus Massotherapy is effective in treatment for chondromalacia patellae （CP）.
