桃红四物汤合四妙勇安汤治疗糖尿病足(脉络瘀热证)68例

摘　　要：目的:观察桃红四物汤合四妙勇安汤加减治疗脉络瘀热型糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将收集入组的脉络瘀热型糖尿病足患者128例随机分为两组,其中对照组60例给予常规西药控制血糖、抗感染治疗,观察组68例在常规西药治疗的基础上加用中药汤剂桃红四物汤合四妙勇安汤加减治疗。两组均治疗1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后,观察疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为86.76%,高于对照组的总有效率71.67%,比较有统计学意义(x2=5.6382,▲P<0.05),并且观察组显效率(64.71%)明显高于对照组(33.33%)。结论:桃红四物汤合四妙勇安汤治疗糖尿病足(脉络瘀热证)疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Taohong Siwu decoction plus the Simiao Yong＇an decoction on diabetic foot. Methods： 128 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in the control group was given conventional western medicine for blood sugar controlling and anti-infection. 68 cases in the observed group was given the Taohong Siwu decoction plus the Simiao Yong＇an decoction more. Results： The total efficiency of 86.76% in the observed group was higher than 71.67%. The difference was statistically significance（x2=5.6382, P 0.05）. The efficiency rate of 64.71% in the observed group was higher than 33.33% in the control group. Conclusion： Treating on diabetic foot with the Taohong Siwu decoction plus the Simiao Yong＇an decoction was efficacy and worthy of promotion.
