吻合器环形痔切除术后联合中药坐浴治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮患者临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮患者经PPH(吻合器环形痔切除术)术后联合中药坐浴治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮的临床效果。方法:随机将2012年8月21日-2013年8月21日我科收治的70例Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮患者分为观察组(35例)、对照组(35例),观察组经PPH术后联合中药坐浴进行治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎术进行治疗。结果:观察组的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义;观察组的并发症出现率低于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:在PPH术后联合中药坐浴对II^IV度痔疮患者进行治疗,不但疗效好,恢复快,而且疼痛轻,少有并发症出现。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of PPH （Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids） plus TCM bathing on Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids. Methods： 70 patients with Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids were divided into the observed group and the control group, each groups of 35 cases. The observation group received PPH plus TCM bathing. The control group received the traditional milligan morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Results： In the observed group, the degree of pain and the occurrence rate of complications were lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05; efficacy difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： PPH plus TCM bathing were effective, with faster recovery, less pain and less complications, on Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids.
