专科护理发展现状与展望

摘　　要：专科护理是护理学建设和发展的方向,本文就专科护理定义及特点、专科护理人才定义和国内外专科护理人才管理进行了简述,包括国内外专科护理人才的培训与认证,我国专科护理人才管理体系的构建等,分析总结我国在PICC、耳鼻喉科、糖尿病、老年病、神经内科、中医护理等方面专科护理的研究进展,并提出了专科护理发展需要在专科护理培训、护理技术、专科护理质量方面持续改进的同时,进一步提高专科护理管理水平,拓展临床专科护理服务范围,形成专科护理发展模式,并在培养临床能力及规范管理模式等方面加强研究和探索。Professional nursing is the direction of construction and development of nursing science. In this article, the definition and characteristics of professional nursing, definition of professional nursing talents, and the management of domestic and international professional nursing talents were briefly introduced, such as training and certifying of professional nursing talents, construction in china etcOverview of PICC, department of ENT, diabetes, senile disease, and neurological department of internal medicine, TCM nursing and other nursing were analyzed and summarized. Nursing training, the nursing skills, and the quality of nursing care need to be further strengthened. The professional care management need to be improved. The clinical professional care services need to be extended. The professional nursing development model need to be constructed. The clinical ability need to be strengthened. The management mode need to be standardized.
