摘　　要：大数据时代下,档案管理理论、技术、环节正在发生变革,未来档案馆的发展方向不可避免的将实现全数字化档案馆,档案工作将呈现三大趋势:大档案、大技术、大服务。从大数据概念入手,引入大档案观,并从建设大档案、应用大技术、实现大服务等三个方面,提出全面收集保存数据、高效管理数据、智能挖掘共享数据,充分运用大数据思维和技术推动档案工作创造更大的价值。Under the era of big data, achives management theory, technology, links are changes taking place, the future direction of the inevitable archives will achieve full digital archives, archives will present three major trends： big archives, big technology, big service. From big data concept, a concept introduced the view of big archives and from the three aspects of the construction of big archives, application of large technology, realization of big Service, put forward a comprehensive collection of stored data, efficient data management, intelligent data mining sharing, make full use of big data thinking and technology to promote archival work to create greater value.
