摘  要:为对电梯的回馈电能质量和回馈节能效率进行评估,开发电梯回馈电能质量及回馈节能效率集成检测系统。采用ADE7880作为电能计量和电能质量计算芯片,LPC2368作为下位机控制器,实现控制和通信功能。采用VC++和数据库技术编写上位机控制软件,实现测量控制、数据存储、数据分析、生成检测报告等功能。系统出具的检测报告可以明确地显示回馈电能是否满足入网条件,计算累积回馈节能效率,并指出能量回馈型节能电梯的安全性和经济性建议。实验表明:系统结构简单、性能稳定,有良好的测量精度。In order to evaluate the feedback power quality and energy efficiency of the traction type elevator, a testing system was developed. ADE7880 was used as the processing chip of electric energy metering and power quality analysis. LPC2368 was adopted as the main controller to realize the control and communications functions. The control program used VC++ and database to realize the measuring control, data storage and analysis, and test reporting functions. Whether the feedback electricity could be transmitted to the local grid, energy saving efficiency of actual operating could be given using this system. And the test reports could give the user of the elevator and the power supply department advises on safety and economy using energy-feedback elevators. Experimental results indicate that this system has a simple structure, good reliability and high accuracy.
