摘 要:采用HOT DISK热物性分析仪通过瞬变平面热源(HOT DISK)分别对固体、液体或气体的热导率进行测量,固体材料选用不锈钢块(型号4278),流体材料选用去离子水。并利用ANSYS CFX仿真模拟软件对该测量过程进行数值模拟,将模拟得到的与实验测得的温升曲线进行对比,吻合度较好。结果表明:选用合适的探头和参数,HOT DISK热物性分析仪能准确测量固体的热导率;但是对于流体或气体,热导率的测量结果与真实值相比偏大,原因是测量过程中产生自然对流。Using HOT DISK thermal properties analyzer to measure thermal conductivity of solids and liquids or gases through the transient plane source(HOT DISK method). The solid material is made of stainless steel block (model 4278), the fluid material with deionized water. And using ANSYS CFX simulation software to simulate the measurement process, the simulated temperaturb rise curve was compared with the experimental result. The result showed that the simulated curve coincides with the experimental curve very well for solid sample. This method can measure the coefficient of thermal conductivity of solid accurately; for the fluid sample, the experimental results were more than the true coefficient of thermal conductivity of the water due to the natural convection.
