摘　　要：随着软交换技术的不断发展,软交换在继承传统的PSTN业务方面具有很大的发展潜力,软交换采用了开放式应用程序接口(API),方便了第三方应用的开发和新业务的引进。本文主要从软交换的概念和主要功能以及层次结构对软交换技术进行了论述。with the continuous development of softswitch technology, softswitch in inherit the traditional PSTN business has great potential for development, softswitch has adopted an open application program interface （API）, convenient for the introduction of the development of third party applications and new business. This article mainly from the concept and main functions of the softswitch and hierarchical structure of softswitch technology are discussed.
