摘  要:目的优化尺寸参数,最大程度减小质量,实现顶梁的轻量化。方法利用ANSYS Workbench对液压支架顶梁进行了参数化建模,对其多种工况进行了多目标优化设计。结果研究结果表明,优化结果符合设计要求,顶梁在3种工况满足刚度和强度的同时,质量分别减轻了10.4%,9.59%,4.26%,实现了轻量化。在此基础上,对顶梁的多工况进行静力学分析,检验了优化的效果。结论顶梁结构的最大等效应力减小,应力分布更加合理。The aim of this study was to optimize the size parameters, reduce the quality as much as possible to realize the lightweight of beams. The top beam of hydraulic support was parameterized by modeling using ANSYS Workbench, and multi-operated optimization designwas conducted for its various operating conditions. The results showed that the optimization results met the design requirements, and lightweight was achieved. The top beam in the three different conditions met both the stiffness and strength requirements, and the mass was reduced by 10.4% ,9.59%, 4.26%, respectively. Based on the above study, static analysis was carried out for the top beam under the multiple operation conditions, to inspect the optimization effects. The maximum equivalent stress of the top beam structure tended to become smaller, and the stress distribution became more reasonable.
