摘 要:受松散承压含水层影响,祁东煤矿曾多次发生工作面压架突水事故,而具有类似含水层赋存特征的6163工作面在里段开采过程中实现了安全回采,通过现场实测和理论分析,从基岩厚度、覆岩关键层结构特征和顶板破断形态等方面与同煤层且发生过压架突水事故的6130工作面进行了对比研究,结果表明:6163工作面里段基岩厚度大,主关键层与煤层间距大是其未发生压架突水事故的主要原因;初采期工作面的调斜开采使顶板岩层能够产生区域性破断、来压,一定程度上降低了来压强度,也是实现安全开采的有利因素。Affected by the unconsolidated confined aquifer, supports break-off and water in- rush accidents had ever happened repeatedly in Qidong Coal Mine while the inside section of No. 6163 working face with the similar occurrence characteristics of aquifer occurrence had accomplished the safe mining. The comparative study compared with No. 6130 working face where supports break-off and water inrush accidents had ever happened was conducted from several respects like the bedrock thickness, the structure features of key strata and the fracture form of roof, the results showed that the bedrock thickness of inside section of No. 6163 working face was big, the primary reason of safe mining was that the space between mine key strata and coal seams was big- ger. The adjusted inclination mining during primary mining face forced the roof to fracture and weight regionally, which reduced the intensity of roof weighting and became a favorable factor for safe mining.
