摘  要:设计出以蛋壳为吸附剂的小型家用洗涤废水净化器处理洗涤废水,通过改变蛋壳的投加量、粒径、洗涤废水的流速,在动态实验的基础上考察蛋壳对洗涤废水中阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的处理效果,研究过程中的SDBS含量采用荧光光度法检测。结果表明采用两级净化器装置处理SDBS效果较一级净化装置好,当两级净化器装置中蛋壳投加量为1 280 g,废水流速为0.25 L/min时,对SDBS的吸附率为73.4%。从本研究结果可以看出该家用废水净化器对洗涤废水处理具有现实意义。This research designs a small household washing wastewater purifier using eggshell as adsorbent to process washing wastewater. The research based on the study of dynamic experiments investigates the adsorption effect of anion surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS). The influencing factors such as the dosage and particle size of eggshell, the flow rate of wash- ing wastewater are investigated. In the process of research, the content of SDBS is detected by fluorescence speetrophotometry. The result shows that the adsorption effect of two stage of SDBS of purifier device is better than one stage device. The adsorption percent of SDBS was 73.4% with two - stage purification device with following conditions, 1280 g eggshell adsorbent and 0. 25 L/ min wastewater flow rate. The result of this study indicates that the household wastewater purifier has practical significance for washing wastewater treatment.
