摘　　要：政府社会管理和社会组织的社会管理是社会管理的两种基本类型,在这两种类型中都存在自组织和他组织力量的作用。社会管理创新的自组织路径构建就是将他组织为主的社会管理更多的转变为自组织为主的社会管理,分析了社会管理创新的自组织性和他组织性,通过对自组织与他组织的差异分析指出自组织路径的内在优势,提出社会管理创新自组织路径构建的基本思路。The government social management and social management of social organizations are the two basic types of social management, and in which both have the forces of hetero - organization and self - organization. The innovation of social management in constructing self - organization path is to shift the hetero - organization of social management more into the self - organization of social management. The ar- ticle analyzes self- organization and hetero- organization of the social management innovation, compares the differences of self - organization and hetero - organization, points out the inherent advantage of self - organization path, and puts forward the basic idea to construct the self - organization path of social man- agement innovation.
