摘　　要：本文提出建立多CODP的供应链模式,以消除单CODP供应链模式下的局限性,并运用系统动力学对多CODP的大规模定制供应链进行了建模仿真,分析了该供应链模式与传统的单CODP供应链模式在交货期、在制品水平和CODP处的缓存等的差异性。The paper puts forward supply chain model based on multiple CODPs to eliminate the lim- itation of the single CODP. Then, the paper builds modeling and simulation of the supply chain of mass customization with multi - CODP based on system dynamics, and compares multiple CODP with the tradi- tional single CODP in delivery time,work in progress inventory and CODP stock differences based on the analysis of the simulation data.
