高校档案工作科学发展探析

摘　　要：十多年的教育改革使我国高等教育快速发展,硕果累累。高校管理工作的重要组成部分——高校档案管理工作理应和谐共进,科学发展。然而,作为"高等学校重要基础性工作"的高校档案管理却是巨人中的侏儒,成了高校快速发展的短板。本文从分析当前高校档案管理工作存在的问题入手,提出一些建议,与同行们共商补齐短板的方法与措施。Rapid development and great achievements have been made in China ’ s higher education since the carrying out of the educational reform more than a decade ago .Though it should harmoniously devel-op together with the university management , the university archives management fails to meet the require-ments and hinders the rapid development of universities .This paper analyzes the current problems in uni-versity archives management and proposes some suggestions on it to discuss the measures and solutions to the drawbacks with experts and the university archives administrators .
