摘  要:红霉素肟合成氮杂红霉素的传统方法是红霉素肟经贝克曼重排反应、亚胺醚化学还原分步合成。进行了红霉素肟"一锅法"合成氮杂红霉素的研究。实验结果表明,"一锅法"平均得料量、平均含量、平均折纯依次为43.2 g、95.15%、41.09 g,而传统分步合成法依次为42.7 g、95.20%、40.66 g,故"一锅法"合成氮杂红霉素可行,可达到缩短生产周期、提高收率、减少固体物料交接过程中物料损失,提高环保效益的目的。The traditional method of nitrogen impurity erythromycin is synthesized from erythromycin oxime by Backman rearrangement reaction, imino ether chemical reduction step synthesis. The synthetic process of nitrogen impurity erythromycin from erythromycin oxime " by one pot method" was studied.The experimental results show that the average quantity of material, the average content, the average net is 43.2 g, 95.15%, 41.09 g by the "one pot method", 42.7 g, 95.20%, 40.66 g by the traditional stepwise synthesis method. The "one pot method " for the nitrogen impurity erythromycin is feasible, and also can shorten the production cycle, improve yield, reduce material loss of solid material transfer process, improve the environmental protection benefit.
