摘　　要：异噻唑啉酮系高效广谱型杀生剂,适合碱性水处理复合型缓蚀剂配方。主要阐述了异噻唑啉酮在循环冷却水碱性全膦系配方中与复合型缓蚀剂并用工艺,以及其对膦系缓蚀剂的增效作用,对锌盐组分的负面影响和降低此类影响的工艺调整概况。提出应继续优化不同组分含量类型的复合缓蚀剂与异噻唑啉酮并用工艺,并用于生产实际中,最大限度地发挥这2种药剂的功效,提高药剂的经济使用价值。Isothiazolin ketone is an etticient broad-spectrum biocide, suitable in the formula of complex corrosion inhibitors alkaline water treatment.h was mainly elaborated the technology of isothiazolin ketone with whole phosphine complex inhibitor in the circulating cooling water system of basic recipe,and its synergism of phosphine inhibitor, the negative impacts on the zinc component and process adjustments for reducing these impacts. It is pointed out that the technology of compound inhibitor with different components ,compound inhibitor and isothiazolin ketone should be further optimized,the content of different components,compound inhibitor,the technology should be used in the actual production in order to maximize the effectiveness of the two kinds of agents, improve economic use value of the agent.
