摘  要:有机碳(TOC)是页岩气勘探开发的重要基础指标,准确测定页岩中有机碳含量在页岩气开发过程中十分重要。应用LECO CS230型红外碳硫测定仪测定页岩中总有机碳。利用高纯蔗糖建立校准曲线,解决了页岩中有机碳含量范围大的问题。实验表明,该方法检出限为0.003%,对于检测线性为0.14%~28.07%页岩的测定,相对标准偏差在0.46%~2.58%。该方法操作简单、成本低、分析精度高,能够满足页岩中有机碳含量测定的分析要求。Organic carbon ( TOC ) is an important basic index of shale gas exploration and development. It is very important to accurately determine the organic carbon content during shale gas developing process. Shale of total organic carbon( TOC ) was settled by applying LECO CS230 infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer. High purity sucrose was used to establish the calibration curve. And the problems of the wide range of organic carbon content in the shale was solved. The results showed that the detection limit of 0.2 mg/L for TOC concentration in the range 0.14% ~ 28.07% shale samples were analyzed, the relative standard deviation of 0.46%-2.58%. This method is simple, rapid, with low cost and good sensitivity, can meet the monitoring requirements in shale TOC.
