摘 要:煤被氧化时发生的化学反应与煤中水分及吸氧量相关。由于煤被氧化时需要水分的参与,故煤的内在水分在一定范围内越高,煤的孔隙度就越大,吸氧量越高。结合GB/T20104—2006《煤自燃倾向性色谱吸氧鉴定法》及ZRJ-1型煤自燃性测定仪,探讨测试样品干燥程度为影响煤自燃倾向性测定结果的因素,并提出了相应的改进办法。The oxidation reaction of coal relates to water and oxygen uptake of coal.Water is needed when coal was oxidized,so the higher the water content in the coal is a certain range, the greater the porosity of coal is the higher oxygen uptake is.With GB/T20104--2006 'Spontaneous combustion tendency of coal by oxygen identification method' and ZRJ-1 coal spontaneous combustion tester, the influence factors of drying degree of test samples on determination results of coal spontaneous combustion tendency were explored, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward.
