摘　　要：介绍了沈阳军区总医院针对近年来发生不合理用药的问题,医院领导高度重视,统一部署,统一认识,统一行动,通过融入医改并采取"信息化监管"等一系列的管控措施,使医院合理用药的各项相关指标、全市医保合理用药指标以及全院医疗质量指标明显改善并维持良好,医院核心竞争力和影响力显著提升,取得了显著成效。With high attention paid to the problems of irrational drug use in recent years, the leaders of the General Hospital of Shenyang Military have obviously improved the hospital’s indices related to rational drug use, the rational drug use indices of municipal medical insurance, and the quality index of medical service of the entire hospital, maintained them at a sound level, signiifcantly promoted the core competitiveness and inlfuence of hospital, and made a remarkable progress by unifying the deployment, understanding and action, fusing the hospital into medical reform, and taking a series of control measures, such as“information-based supervision”.
