对我院临床退药的分析及对策

摘　　要：对医科院肿瘤医院2011年全院各科室临床退药的金额、品种及退药原因进行分析。针对不合理退药的情况,采取一系列措施予以纠正,对退药的重点科室、重点药物、主要环节进行有效管理。通过制定和实施严格的规章制度,加强临床医师培训,规范辅助用药和抗菌药物应用,加强医嘱审核,推行临床药师制,强化科室管理等手段,抑制不合理退药。至2013年底,全院退药金额大幅下降,有效减少了不合理退药,促进了合理用药,保障了临床用药安全。The authors analyze the amount, variety, and causes of clinical drug withdrawal of all departments in the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 2011. A series of measures had been taken to correct any irrational drug withdrawal and effective management implemented over critical departments, key drugs, and main links related to drug withdrawal The irrational drug withdrawal was suppressed by setting up and implementing strict rules and regulations, enhancing clinical physician training, standardizing the use of adjuvant and antibacterial drugs, strengthening the audit of doctor＇s advice, carrying out the system of clinical pharmacist, and intensifying department management. By the end of 2013, the amount of withdrawn drugs and the occurrence of irrational drug withdrawal of the entire hospital had been significantly and effectively reduced, thus promoting rational drug use and guaranteeing clinical medication safety
