摘　　要：预约诊疗是国内医院发展的必然趋势。文章通过文献回顾分析与案例分析的方法,介绍了北京大学深圳医院开展预约诊疗服务的做法与成效,并针对存在的问题提出相应对策,为深圳市乃至全国预约诊疗服务的开展提供借鉴与参考。Appointment of diagnosis and treatment is the inevitable development trend of domestic hospitals. By literature review and case analysis, the paper introduces the practice and effect of diagnosis and treatment appointment service carried out by Peking University Shenzhen Hospital and puts forward countermeasures corresponding to existing problems, as well as reference for the implementation of diagnosis and treatment appointment service in Shenzhen and even the whole country.
