摘　　要：目的观察外用0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗面部皮炎的临床疗效,探讨其对面部皮炎治疗的安全性及有效性。方法选取该院门诊就诊的面部皮炎患者90例,应用外用他克莫司软膏治疗,1周及2周分别进行随访。结果 90例患者中59例痊愈,22例患者症状得到明显改善,总有效率达90%,治疗后无不良反应发生。结论他克莫司软膏治疗面部皮炎安全,疗效好,患者依从性高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of topical 0.03% Tacrolimus ointment in the treat- ment of facial dermatitis and investigate the safety and efficacy of the facial dermatitis treatment ; Methods Ninety cases of facial dermatitis patients in outpatients of author＇s hospital, were given topical Taerolimus ointment in the treatment, 1 week and 2 weeks respectively were followed up. Results There were 30 ca- ses of patients in 59 cases cured, 22 cases symptoms were significantly improved, the total effective rate was 90%. In the course of treatment and after treatment no adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion Taerolimus ointment in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis is safe, good curative effect, patients com- pliance.
