10476例表观健康人群血糖与血脂相关分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宝鸡地区表观健康人群血糖与血脂的现况及相关关系。方法测定10 476例健康体检者的空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 FPG水平随年龄增长逐渐增高,TC、TG、LDL-C水平,在60岁之前各年龄组均存在随年龄增长而升高的趋势,60岁以后较前有所下降;FPG与TG、TC及LDL-C呈正相关(r=0.186,0.139,0.145,P<0.005),FPG与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.105,P<0.005);高血糖组TG、TC、LDL-C水平高于正常组(P<0.005),HDL-C水平低于正常组(P<0.005);糖尿病(DM)组TG均值高于空腹血糖调节受损(IFG)组(P<0.05),HDL-C均值低于IFG组(P<0.05),IFG组与DM组间TC及LDL-C均值无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论血糖与血脂存在相关性,积极干预高血糖及血脂异常,有利于糖尿病及心脑血管疾病的防治。[ Objective] To study the current situation and the correlation between fasting plasma glucose （FPG） and serum lipids of examination groups in Baoji area. [Methods] In 10,476 cases of medical examination FPG, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C were detected. The test results were statistically analyzed. [ Results ] The level of FPG in- creased with age. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C increased with age before 60 years old, but decreased after 60 years old. FPG was positively correlated with TG, TC and LDL-C （r = 0.186, 0.139, 0.145, P 〈 0.005）, FPG and HDL-C was negatively correlated （r = -0.105, P 〈 0.005）. The levels of TG, TC and LDL-C in the hyperglycemia group were higher than those in the normal group （P 〈 0.005）. The level of HDL-C in the hyperglycemia group was lower than that in the normal group （P 〈 0.005）. The mean of TG in the DM group was higher than that in the IFG group （P 〈 0.05）, while the mean of HDL-C was lower in the DM group （P 〈0.05）. The means of TC and LDL-C were not significantly different between the IFG group and DM group （P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusions ] There is a correla- tion between glucose and lipids. Active intervention of hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia has contributed to the pre- vention of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
