摘 要:基于5种具有代表性的型材截面,对木塑复合地板的抗弯性能进行对比分析,同时研究了木粉含量对不同截面木塑地板弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:开口型地板的抗弯截面系数小于实心型和中空型地板;实心型地板和中空型地板的抗弯性能与刚度均优于开口型地板;木粉含量的增加可以提高木塑地板的抗弯性能。从截面系数、强度方面综合考虑,70%木粉含量的中空型地板性价比较高。This paper analyzed the bending performance of extruded wood-plastic composite (WPC) decking with five different cross-section figures. The influence of wood flour content on bending performance was also investigated. The results show that section modulus of bending of open-end type floor was less than those of solid and hollow type floor. Solid and hollow type decking was superior to open-end type decking in bending and rigidity performance. Bending performance of WPC decking was improved with the increasing of wood flour content. Comprehensively considering the cross-section figure,strength, and cost, it is concluded that the combination of 70% wood flour content and hollow type presented a higher cost performance for floor lumber.
