摘 要:复合绝缘子芯棒断裂事故严重影响电力系统运行的稳定性。当前,针对复合绝缘子芯棒断裂原因的研究往往局限于对单一因素的研究,难以将其应用于实际事故的诊断。提出了一种用于诊断复合绝缘子断裂故障的综合诊断流程,这种诊断流程以断裂复合绝缘子的检测为基础,再综合考虑同批次复合绝缘子的运行情况、环境因素、历史因素,进而得到较为全面、可靠的诊断结论。应用该诊断流程对河南省某交流500 kV线路发生的一起复合绝缘子芯棒断裂事故进行了事故诊断,诊断结果表明,复合绝缘子轴向电场分布不均匀和伞裙护套污秽严重是造成此次事故的主要原因,同时,不排除因为复合绝缘子芯棒和伞裙护套粘接性缺陷而造成电蚀损的原因。The core rod fracture of a composite insulator would seriously affects the stability of power system. At present, most researches only focus on single factor that may cause the core rod fracture of a composite insulator. Thus, it is difficult to get a comprehensive diagnosis by using the research results in an actual accident. This paper presents a comprehensive diagnosis process for the core rod facture of a composite insulator. In order to get comprehensive and reliable factors, this diagnosis process takes four items into consideration. The four items are the test results of the facture composite insulator, the sampling test results of operation composite insulators in the same hatch, environmental factors and historical data. According to the diagnosis process, this paper analyzes the reason of the fracture of a composite insulator in service in a 500 kV AC transmission line in Henan. The results show that, the main reasons are uneven distribution of axial electric field of composite insulator and serious environmental pollution. While, the erosion caused by the defects of the adhesion between the rod and housing can't be ruled out.
