摘 要:选用不同憎水性等级的硅橡胶材料作为试样.用接触角测量系统实时记录液滴在试样表面的动态变化过程,对动态接触角精确测量。考察动态接触角与憎水性等级的对应关系.以及表面粗糙度对动态接触角度的影响。试验结果表明前接触角只能在一定程度上表明憎水性的优劣.但却不能准确判断其处于何种憎水性等级:后接触角大小在HC1~HC4级范围内与憎水性等级存在较好的对应关系.但两者对应的临界值与国标GB/T24622—2009中的推荐值有一定的差别:随着憎水性等级的增加,表面粗糙度将不断增大,其对动态接触角的影响较大.导致同一憎水性等级的动态接触角出现上下波动。Taking the silicone rubber materials with different hydrophobicities as samples, the realtime recording of the dynamic changing process of the liquid drop on the sample surface with the contact angle measurement system is used; The dynamic contact angle in order to observe its corresponding relation with hydrophobicity class is measured accurately; The effect of surface roughness on dynamic contact angle is studied. The resuh shows that the advancing contact angle only provides a limited indication of good or bad hydrophobicity rather than an accurate judgment of the hydrophobicity class; The receding contact angle ranging from HC1 to HC4 is much better related to the hydrophobicity class, but there are certain differences between their corresponding critical value and the recommended value of the national standard GB/T 24622-2009; with the increase of the hydrophobicity class the surface roughness increases constantly. And it exerts a high influence on the dynamic contact angle, which causes the dynamic contact angel of the same hydrophobicity to bounce up and down.
