摘　　要：选取美国能源部科学办公室主管的10个国家实验室为样本,从人员构成、经费来源、经费支出、核心能力及代表性成果等科研相关数据对其进行梳理与简要分析,总结出其具有政府拨款为主的经费来源、结构平衡的科研能力、独立法人形式的管理承包制、开放与共享的科研资源以及特别关注下一代人才吸引与培养等显著特点,以期能启发对探索我国国家实验室开展科学研究与完善管理运行的思考。Taking thelO national laboratories of Office of Science under U.S. Department of Energy as samples, we sys- temized and analyzed the data of scientific human resource, fund revenue and expenditure, core capabilities and achieve- ments, aiming to enlarge and deepen our understanding and knowledge of these laboratories＇ research ＆ development and management ＆ operation. According to the statistics and analysis of data, we summarized some key points, which may bring inspiration and references to our national laboratories＇ research and operating, including independent entity contrac- tor, mainly federally funded, openness of research resources, structure balanced research capabilities and cultivation of next generation.
