摘  要:中国教育的现代化之路一直是国家发展的重大战略问题和战略抉择,不同时期的领导人对于教育现实状况的认知和判断均对教育现代化产生重要影响。中国的教育现代化进程既有成功的经验,也有失误的教训。就邓小平个人而言,他关于高等学校招生办法曾先后做过两次重要决策:第一次是1966年6月13日,根据毛泽东的指示,与刘少奇一起做出了推迟进行高等学校招生并改革高等学校招生考试办法的决定。第二次是1977年9月,邓小平力排众议,提出恢复高等教育考试制度,获得中共中央政治局批准。第二次决策不但产生了长期的人力资本红利,还深刻地影响着中国教育现代化的进程,奠定了现代化教育体制的基础。The modernization road of Chinese education has always been the major strategic issues and strategic choice of national development,leaders' cognition and judgment to the situation of education reality in different periods have great influence on the modernization of education.Chinese education modernization process has both successful experience and failure lessons.On Deng Xiaoping personally,he has made two important decisions about the higher college enrollment ways:the first time was according to Mao Zedong's instructions Deng Xiaoping and Liu Shaoji made the decision to postpone higher college enrollment and reform higher college entrance examination way on June 13,1966;the second time was Deng Xiaoping prevailed over all dissenting views to propose to restore the higher education examination system and got the approval by Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC in September,1977.His second decision not only provided long-time human capital dividends,but also deeply influenced the process of Chinese education system and education modernization and laid the foundation on modernized education system.
