摘 要:分散污水处理是我国农村污水治理的主要途径。当前我国农村分散污水处理技术应用缺乏规范和引导,市场混乱,产业支撑能力薄弱,设施建设质量不高,与全面推进农村污水治理的国家需求极不适应。迫切需要抓住有利时机,在国内外技术发展与应用成果的基础上,以顶层设计为指导,构建我国农村分散污水治理的技术体系。在梳理农村分散污水处理技术体系结构的基础上,综述了国内外农村分散污水处理技术评价的研究现状,并提出关键技术决策问题供业内人士探讨。Decentralized sewage treatment is a main way of the rural sewage treatment in China. The current practice of the rural decentralized sewage treatment technology in China is lack of norm and guidance, the market is chaotic, the industrial supporting ability is weak, and the construction quality of facilities is poor. All these are very unconformable to support the national demands of comprehensively promoting the rural sewage treatment. It is urgent to grasp the beneficial opportunity to build the national technical system of the rural decentralized sewage treatment by top-level design based on the worldwide technology progress and the practice experience. The structure of the rural decentralized sewage treatment technology system was combed, and the assessment researches in this field were reviewed. Some key questions of the technology assessment were put forward for discussion.
