摘 要:河北省无极县制革废水处理采用粗格栅+细格栅沉砂池+调节预曝气+混凝初沉+水解+两级AO工艺,调试运行结果表明,预曝气+混凝初沉可去除28.2%的COD,水解池可去除18%~29%的COD,两级AO系统可去除44.5%的COD;预曝气可去除43.6%~49%的硫化物、混凝初沉可去除29.8%~41.2%的硫化物、水解+两级A0系统可去除91.9%-97.1%的硫化物。两级AO生物反应池对NH,一N的平均去除率为55.6%~94.7%,对TN的平均去除率仅为35.5%。在进水量为1.5×10^4m^3/d条件下,出水COD≤250mg/L、NH3-N≤35mg/L、硫化物≤1.0mg/L,基本达到预期目标。硝化污泥接种驯化是硝化启动的关键。The combined process of coarse bar screen, fine bar screen, grit chamber, equahzahon and pre-aeration tank, coagulation and primary settling tank, hydrolysis tank and two-stage A/O bioreactor was used in Wuji County Tannery Wastewater Treatment Plant. After the process commissioning, the average removal rate of COD was 28.2% by pre-aeration and coagulation, 18% to 29% by hydrolysis and 44.5% by two-stage A/O bioreactor. The average removal rate of sulfide was 43.6% to 49% by pre-aeration, 29.8% to 41.2% by coagulation and 91.9% to 97.1% by hydrolysis and two-stage A/O bioreactor. The average removal rate of NH3 - N by two-stage A/O bioreactor was 55.6% to 94.7% , while the average removal rate of TN was only 35.5%. At an influent rate of 15 000 m3/d, the effluent concentrations of COD, NH3 - N and sulfide were less than or equal to 250 mg/L, 35 mg/L and 1.0 mg/ L, respectively, which achieved the expected objectives. The inoculation of nitrifying sludge was the key to start the nitrification system.
