摘 要:由于北方冬季长期持续低温,隧道消防水防冻是一大问题,本文为此设计了生物质阴燃防冻装置。通过初步实验,确定了阴燃池燃料填充方法、进气口大小以及点火方式。实验表明,干燥的锯末燃料能够稳定阴燃,且安全便捷。约3 kg的干燥锯末在炉内阴燃可以维持3 000 min左右持续较高的温度,温度主要分布在100℃左右,最高温度不超过180℃,温度适宜,有利于进行消防水防冻。Due to continuous low temperature of the northern winter for a long time, it is a problem for antifreezing of fire water in tunnel, this paper was designed antifreeze device of biomass smoldering. Through preliminary experiments to determine the fuel filling method in smoldering pool, intake port size and the way of ignition when loading fuel. Experimental results show that the dry sawdust fuel is convenient and safe and it can stabilize the smoldering. About 3 kg of dry sawdust smoldering in furnace can be maintained continuous high temperature about 3 000 min, the temperature is mainly distributed in about 100 ℃, the maximum temperature does not exceed 180 ℃, the suitable temperature is conducive to fire water antifreeze.
