摘 要:为研究充填开采支架合理支护阻力,基于大尺寸超高水材料力学性能试验,建立了超高水材料充填开采覆岩活动力学模型,分析充填开采支架与围岩关系,得出了充填支架支护阻力计算方法,并根据冀中能源陶一煤矿实际充填开采实例进行了验证。研究表明:直接顶随着工作面推进逐渐冒落,控制悬顶距在一定范围内可使关键层形成稳定结构而不发生破断,充填工作面不会发生明显来压现象;与一般长壁综采在支架选型方面相比,超高水材料充填开采应用低工作阻力支架同样可以满足开采的需要,同时能够保证良好的充填效果。In order to study the reasonable support resistance of support in filling mining,the mechanical model of overlying strata movement in the filling mining by ultrahigh water material is built to analyze the relation between packed hydraulic support and surrounding rock,and the calculation method of packed hydraulic support resistance based on the mechanical property of the large size ultrahigh water material is obtained,which is already verified by engineering example in Taoyi Coal Mine of Jizhong Energy Group. Studies show that immediate roof will cave gradually with the advancing of the working face,while the main roof may keep stable structure without breaking at a certain range of hanging arch distance,and the pressure strength at the filling face is also low. Compared with ordinary longwall mechanized mining,lower support resistance of the filling mining of ultrahigh water material can not only meet the need of mining,but also guarantee the good filling effect.
