摘　　要：防爆电梯电气部件主要通过限制电气火花、危险高温来阻止产生引燃危险介质的能量达到防爆性能。总结防爆控制柜和防爆曳引机的主要防爆部件和防爆类型,分析存在的不同防爆性能质量安全隐患,制定防爆电梯控制柜和曳引机防爆性能检验检测实施程序及技术要点。可为防爆电梯控制柜和曳引机的防爆型式试验以及假冒伪劣产品防爆性能判定提供技术指导和判定标准。To achieve the explosion protection performance, explosion-proof electric elevator controls the electric spark and dangerous high temperature to prevent the ignition danger medium energy. This paper summarizes explosion-proof control cabinet and explosion-proof traction machine＆#39;s main parts and explosion-proof type, analyzes the different quality and safety explosion-proof hidden trouble, and puts forward the explosion-proof performance testing implementation procedure and main technical points of explosion-proof elevator controller and traction engine. That can provide technical guidance and decision criteria for explosion-proof type testing and explosion-proof performance fake and inferior products judgment of elevator control cabinet and traction engine.
