摘  要:现阶段中国旅行社的扩张模式分为四种类型,即以旅行社业务为主,兼营其他业务的扩张发展模式;旅游电商的扩张发展模式;以出境旅游批发为主的旅行社外延式扩张模式;以万达地产等其他行业的领头企业兼并旅行社的扩张模式。以内蒙古旅行社的现状而言,内蒙古旅行社的扩张发展模式,应该采取与电商融合的扩张模式、以出境旅游为龙头的旅行社外延式扩张模式,以及以"文旅产业"为母体的旅行社扩张模式,并以此推动内蒙古旅行社实现规模化发展。Currently, the expansion of China travel service pattern is divided into four types: priority to the travel agency business, and engaging in other business expansion developmental models; tourism developmental models of the expansion in electricity business; travel agency denotative expansion model priority to outbound tourism; the expansion of the travel agency model in other industry leading companies, including Wanda real estate merger. In combination with the current situation of travel agencies in Inner Mongolia, the model of travel agencies and the expansion of the electricity business integration in Inner Mongolia are carried out. Besides, denotative expansion model with outbound tourism as the leading travel agency and travel expansion model are performed to promote large - scale development of the travel agency in Inner Mongolia.
