摘　　要：近年来,影子银行及其规模、功能和潜在风险成为理论界关注的热点,监管机构也陆续出台了关于影子银行规范发展的政策意见,但整体思路仍停留在行政监管层面,并未涉及深层次体制性问题。运用制度结构分析方法对影子银行产生的制度基础及形成机制进行分析,可以明晰影子银行在我国的发展路径,亦能为后续金融调控和监管提供镜鉴。In recent years, some aspects of shadow banks, such as the scale and the potential risk, have become an issue widely discussed by scholar. Some of the policy advice has been introduced to regulate the shadow banks in succession, but the general ideas are still focused on administrative proceedings substitutable for the deep - rooted institutional factors. Analysis of mechanism and institutional basis of the shadow bank system by applying the system structure analysis method could not only survey its development, but also provide a supporting material for the supervision measures forward.
