摘　　要：简述了残疾、障碍、无障碍、可接近性和无障碍设计等基本概念，阐述了无障碍电梯的界定和归属问题．讨论了无障碍电梯适用人群范围。介绍了与无障碍电梯有关的法律、法规，工程建设标准和无障碍电梯产品标准，给出了无障碍工程建设标准对设置无障碍电梯的要求。也给出了无障碍电梯设计开发过程中应贯彻的电梯产品标准、工程建设规范以及应考虑的具体适用人群问题。The basic concept of the disabled, obstacles, barrier free, accessibility and barrier free design are introduced. The definition and the attribution of the barrier free elevator are explained, and the suitable the crowd for the barrier free elevator is discussed. The relevant laws, code, construction standards and product standard for barrier free elevator are introduced. The requirements for barrier free construction engineering standard to set barrier free elevator are given. The product standards, the engineering construction standard and specific application of population relating to the barrier free elevator should be considered in the design and development are also given.
