摘　　要：目的:GLP符合性实验动物饲养管理机构的规范化管理是保证试验结果正确的重要工作,影响到试验结果的可靠性和重现性,因此,GLP机构应重视实验动物的饲养管理。方法:在我国GLP法规的基础上,从动物接收检疫、设施管理、动物饲育用品管理等方面介绍实验动物饲养管理中的注意点。结果与结论:GLP机构应该重视实验动物饲养管理,对各环节进行严格控制,对实验动物设施进行规范化管理,保证研究结果的可靠。Objective： The standard management of laboratory animals is an important work of GLP institutions, which has an impact on the credibility and reproducibility of nonclinical studies. GLP institutions should attach importance to the husbandry care of laboratory animals. Methods： Several points worthy of notice were introduced regarding the receipt and quarantine, animal identification, housing, facility management, supplies management, waste disposal, animal handling and QA inspection on the basis of Chinese GLP. Results and Conclusion： GLP institutions should pay attention to animal husbandry care and strictly control each link, strengthen facility management, and ensure the quality of nonclinical studies.
