医院药事管理质量控制评价体系的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院药事管理质量控制评价体系。方法:根据相关的法律法规和等级医院评审的相关要求。结果:围绕合理用药评价体系、药品质量保证体系、药学服务展开体系等方面,制定药事管理质量控制评价体系。结论:建立符合本院的药事管理质量控制评价体系,可以对药事管理相关制度的执行情况进行有效监控,有利于推进医院合理用药。Objective： To explore the system of quality control and evaluation of hospital pharmacy management. Methods： The system was discussed based on the relevant laws and regulations as well as the relevant requirements for grading evaluation of hospitals. Results： The system of quality control and evaluation of pharmacy management was formulated focusing on aspects such as the rational drug use system, the drug quality assurance system, and the pharmaceutical service deployment system. Conclusion： The establishment of the system of quality control and evaluation of pharmacy management in accordance to the specific situation of the hospital can effectively monitor the implementation of relevant regulations of pharmacy management and contribute to promoting rational drug use in hospital.
