摘 要:涤棉混纺织物因其燃烧时的"灯芯效应"而容易燃烧,阻燃整理难度较大。以疏水性磷氮硅阻燃剂PNSI、水性聚氨酯等为原料制备了阻燃涂层剂,对涤棉进行涂层整理,研究了整理工艺和阻燃织物的热分解、阻燃、耐水洗和硬度等性能。研究结果表明,磷氮硅阻燃涂层的涤棉混纺织物其LOI值可高达32%,经涂层阻燃整理后,织物的热降解速率降低了7.8%/min,热危害减小了74%,明火点燃后可离火自熄,阻燃耐久性良好。The polyester/cotton blended fabric is of higher flammability than any single composition due to its "scaffolding effect", so the flame retardant finish is very difficult. A novel flame retardant coating agent is prepared with hydrophobic phosphorus-nitrogen-silicon flame retardant (PNSI) and waterborne polyurethane, and is applied to coating finish of polyester/cotton fabric. The finishing process, thermal decomposition, flame retardance, washability, softness of the treated fabric are researched. Results show that the flame-retardant fabrics coated with phosphor/nitride/silicon are of good flame retardance with LOI up to 32%, the thermal degradation rate reduced by 7.8% /min, thermal damage reduced by 74%. After removed from the fire,the fabric can be self-extinguished, and the flame retardant durability is excellent.
