摘　　要：针对蜡印织物传统退蜡工艺的不足,开发了热水烫蜡回收技术。通过设计真蜡印花热水烫蜡脱蜡设备,使得蜡的回收效率高达95%,并进一步解决了热水烫蜡回收设备织物运行张力大、易断布,箱体的密封和保温、烫蜡箱的液位控制、温度控制等技术难题。In view of the problems in traditional wax removal process for wax resist printing, a not water- based wax removal and recycling method is proposed. The recovery rate of wax is up to 95% with newly designed equipment and hot water-based wax removal and recycling process. Key technical notes, such as control of cloth tension, seal and insulation of the recovery box, as well as temperature and liquid level control are proposed.
